This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”, “EULA”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and the Developer of Aura One (“we”, “us”, “the App”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Aura One, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Aura One on any Apple device you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this EULA and Apple’s App Store Terms.

You may not:

• modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App,
• extract or reuse 3D assets, images, audio, or code,
• create derivative applications using the App’s content,
• sell, rent, sublicense, or lend the App,
• bypass subscription mechanisms or paywalls,
• copy any part of the App’s assets for external use.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Developer.

2. Apple Relationship

This EULA is between you and the Developer, not Apple.
